Fast-Diffusion Limit for Reaction-Diffusion Equations with Degenerate Multiplicative and Additive Noise

Wael W. Mohammed

Summary: In this study, we examine a general class of reaction-diffusion equations driven by additive and multiplicative noise. We show that for large diffusion, the solutions of stochastic reaction-diffusion equations with polynomial terms can be approximated by solutions of stochastic ordinary equations with additive noise. We demonstrate this with applications to the logistic equation and nonlinear heat equation.

Approximate solutions for stochastic time-fractional reaction-diffusion equations with multiplicative noise

Wael W. Mohammed

Summary: This paper considers the approximate solutions of time-fractional reaction-diffusion equations forced by multiplicative noise on a bounded domain. When the diffusion is large, the solutions of the stochastic time-fractional reaction-diffusion equations with polynomial term can be approximated by the solutions of a stochastic time-fractional ordinary equations. Our results are illustrated by applying to time-fractional logistic and time-fractional Ginzburg-Landau equations.

Existence of chaos for partial difference equations via tangent and cotangent functions

Haihong Guo et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the existence of chaos in a type of partial difference equations, and establishes four chaotification schemes using tangent and cotangent functions. The systems are shown to exhibit chaos in the sense of Li-Yorke or both Li-Yorke and Devaney. Three examples are provided for illustration.

The influence of multiplicative noise on the stochastic exact solutions of the Nizhnik-Novikov-Veselov system

W. W. Mohammed et al.

Summary: This paper discusses the stochastic Nizhnik-Novikov-Veselov system driven by multiplicative noise in the Ito sense. New trigonometric and hyperbolic stochastic solutions are obtained using the tanh-coth method and sine-cosine method. Furthermore, the effect of multiplicative noise on the exact solutions of the system is demonstrated.

Exact solutions of the stochastic new coupled Konno-Oono equation

Wael W. Mohammed et al.

Summary: In this paper, the stochastic Konno-Oono equation forced by multiplicative noise is considered. The generalized G'/G expansion method is implemented to find exact solutions, leading to different forms of traveling wave solutions under various parameters. The results extend and improve previous findings, and 3D surfaces of the analytical solutions are plotted using Matlab to illustrate the impact of multiplicative noise on the solutions.

The effect of multiplicative noise on the exact solutions of the stochastic Burgers' equation

W. W. Mohammed et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the stochastic Burgers' equation forced by multiplicative noise in the Stratonovich sense, using the exp(-phi(mu))-expansion method to obtain new trigonometric and hyperbolic stochastic solutions. The impact of multiplicative noise on the exact solutions of the Burgers' equation is demonstrated through graphic representations.

The exact solutions of the stochastic Ginzburg-Landau equation

Wael W. Mohammed et al.

Summary: The paper aims to obtain exact solutions of the stochastic real-valued Ginzburg-Landau equation forced by multiplicative noise, using three different methods to derive new trigonometric and hyperbolic stochastic solutions. The novelty lies in extending and improving previous results, and 3D surfaces of analytical solutions are plotted using Matlab to illustrate the impact of multiplicative noise on the equation's solutions.

On a strong minimum condition of a fractal variational principle

Ji-Huan He et al.

Summary: Variational theory is essential for numerical methods, with a minimum variational principle guaranteeing convergence. This paper proposes a fractal modification of the Weierstrass function for fractal variational principles, providing a strong minimum condition. The correctness of this condition is demonstrated using the Hamilton least-action principle for the Duffing oscillator in a fractal space.

The effect of multiplicative noise on the exact solutions of nonlinear Schrodinger equation

Mahmoud A. E. Abdelrahman et al.

Summary: This paper examines the stochastic nonlinear Schrodinger equation forced by multiplicative noise in the Ito sense. New rational, trigonometric and hyperbolic stochastic solutions are obtained using two different methods, and the impact of multiplicative noise on the solutions is discussed. Graphs for some solutions in two and three dimensions are provided to support the analysis.
