Thomas J. Zagenczyk et al.

Summary: This study explores the moderating effect of perceived ethical climate on the relationships between perceived organizational support and employee outcomes. The findings suggest that perceived ethical climate strengthens the positive relationships between perceived organizational support and organizational identification and affective organizational commitment. This highlights the importance of employees' perceptions of an organization's ethical climate in shaping their responses to organizational support.
