Research findings vary among countries, with older veterinarians leaning towards client-empathetic decisions and younger professionals focusing more on development. Gender does not seem to play a significant role in decision ethics orientation tendencies, with higher client-empathetic veterinarians more likely to discuss health insurance options with clients without it. This study offers insights into how veterinarians navigate ethical concerns in small animal practice.
