Doubly heavy tetraquarks in an extended chromomagnetic model

Xin-Zhen Weng et al.

Summary: Using an extended chromomagnetic model, the masses of doubly heavy tetraquarks are systematically studied, revealing the dominance of color-triplet configurations in the ground states. It is found that the importance of color-triplet configurations increases with the mass difference between quarks and antiquarks. Three stable states below the pseudoscalar meson thresholds are identified.

Perfect DD* Molecular Prediction Matching the T cc Observation at LHCb

Ning Li et al.

Summary: In 2012, a study identified a loosely bound molecular state composed of two charmed mesons, which is very close to the D*D threshold with a binding energy of around 0.47 MeV. This prediction was later confirmed by new observations from the LHCb.

Stable double-heavy tetraquarks: Spectrum and structure

Q. Meng et al.

Summary: In this study, bound states of double-heavy tetraquarks are investigated using a constituent quark model. Two bound states with different properties are found in the bbud channel, one being deeply bound and compact made of colored diquarks, while the other is shallow and extended as a BB* molecule. By replacing one heavy quark with a lighter one, a systematic decrease in binding energy is observed, leading to the discovery of a total of ten bound states. It is the first time that hadrons with completely different natures have emerged from a single Hamiltonian.

Discovery potentials of double-charm tetraquarks

Qin Qin et al.

Summary: This study investigates the discovery potential of double-charm tetraquarks T4.6.4.6.1, finding that their production cross sections at LHCb could lead to their discovery in the near future. The research also discusses the production and decays of these particles at future Tera-Z factories.

One Way to Verify the Molecular Picture of Exotic Hadrons: From DK to DDK/D(D)over-bar(*) K

Tian-Wei Wu et al.

Summary: Starting from 2003, the discovery of a large number of exotic hadrons triggered theoretical and experimental investigations into their nature. These exotic hadrons are believed to be molecular states with large molecular components. Experimental data and theoretical uncertainties suggest the likely existence of DDK, D (D) over barK, and D (D) over bar *K molecular states.

Study on Triple-Hadron Bound States with Gaussian Expansion Method

Tian-Wei Wu et al.

Summary: In recent years, an increasing number of exotic hadronic states have been discovered, many of which can be explained as hadronic molecules. Using the Gaussian expansion method, three-body hadronic molecules have been studied, leading to predictions of the existence of certain bound states.

Hidden charm hadronic molecule with strangeness Pcs*(4739) as a ΣcDK bound state

Tian-Wei Wu et al.

Summary: This study investigates the existence of a three-body Sigma(c) DK bound state, similar to the first hidden charm pentaquark state discovered by the LHCb Collaboration. By solving the Schrodinger equation, the researchers found an excited hidden charm exotic state with strangeness, P-cs(*)(4739), and analyzed its strong decays, primarily into D Xi(')(c) and D-s(*)Sigma(c) with decay widths in the tens of MeV range.

Excited K meson, Kc(4180), with hidden charm as a D(D)over-barK bound state

Tian-Wei Wu et al.

Summary: The study shows that the D(D) over barK and D(D) over bar *K systems can bind to form exotic hadrons, and can decay into different channels, providing a significant impact on verifying the properties of various exotic hadrons.
