Response surface optimization of self nano-emulsifying drug delivery system of rosuvastatin calcium for hepatocellular carcinoma

Summary: The study aimed to develop self nano-emulsifying drug delivery systems (SNEDDS) loaded with Rosuvastatin calcium to enhance its anticancer effect. An optimized formula with improved drug solubility and transparency was developed.
