The circular RNA circDLG1 promotes gastric cancer progression and anti-PD-1 resistance through the regulation of CXCL12 by sponging miR-141-3p

Ectopic circDLG1 expression promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, and immune evasion of gastric cancer cells. Mechanistically, circDLG1 interacts with miR-141-3p as a miRNA sponge to increase CXCL12 expression, promoting gastric cancer progression and resistance to anti-PD-1 therapy.

Mechanistically, hypoxia-inducible factor 1alpha (HIF-1alpha) is identified as a transcriptional target of miRNA-3662 and is up-regulated in PDAC samples.
