Preparation and characterization of lignin-derived hard templated carbon (s): Statistical optimization and methyl orange adsorption isotherm studies

Summary: Polyphosphazenes play an important role in material science due to their ability to easily achieve functional diversity. The newly synthesized Phz-AO submicrospheres demonstrated significant potential for adsorbing the negative charged MO dye, with a maximum adsorption capacity of 1244.7 mg.g(-1) and showed high adsorption potential at pH <= 6 conditions. The submicrospheres are expected to be a promising member of the super adsorbent material family.
