The morphology and structure of the nanocomposite were characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The modified electrode, ds-DNA/Pt-Pd-ZnO/SWCNTs/GCE, was fabricated using a layer-by-layer modification technique and used as a voltammetric sensor for sensitive monitoring of idarubicin. The biosensor showed good performance in detecting idarubicin with a detection limit of 0.8 nM.
