Scaling Laws for the Sensitivity Enhancement of Non-Gaussian Spin States

Metrological Detection of Multipartite Entanglement from Young Diagrams

Summary: In this study, metrologically useful multipartite entanglement is characterized by representing partitions with Young diagrams. Entanglement witnesses sensitive to the shape of Young diagrams are derived, and Dyson's rank is shown to be a resource for quantum metrology. The methods presented are experimentally accessible in a wide range of atomic systems, as demonstrated by analyzing published data on quantum Fisher information and spin-squeezing coefficients.
