An Optimal K-Nearest Neighbor for Weather Prediction Using Whale Optimization Algorithm

This article presents an integrated approach of whale optimization algorithm (WOA) with k-nearest neighbor (K-NN) algorithm to optimally predict weather and save human lives. The proposed WOAK-NN achieves good results in maximizing accuracy and F-measure while minimizing mean absolute error.
