Muhammad Sohail Khan et al.

Summary: This study investigates the impact of hybrid nanofluids on heat and mass transmission under a variable magnetic field, showcasing changes in flow properties at different volume fractions. Results show that an increase in nanomaterial volume significantly affects velocity profiles, with single-wall nanotubes having a greater impact on temperature.

Numerical Simulation of a Time-Dependent Electroviscous and Hybrid Nanofluid with Darcy-Forchheimer Effect between Squeezing Plates

Muhammad Sohail Khan et al.

Summary: This article investigates the behavior of transient electroviscous fluid flow through squeezing plates containing hybrid nanoparticles. The study shows that the concentration profiles of the hybrid nanofluid are more sensitive to homogeneity diversity parameters and the heat transfer through a mixture of hybrid nanofluids is greater than that of a simple nanofluid. The phenomenon of mixed convection improves the velocity of both simple and hybrid nanofluids under low permeability conditions.

Heat and mass transfer analysis of radiative and chemical reactive effects on MHD nanofluid over an infinite moving vertical plate

S. Arulmozhi et al.

Summary: This study investigates the performance of nanofluid (Cu-H2O) and pure fluid (water) on a porous surface over a moving upright plate using the Perturbation Technique. The results show that the thermal conductivity of Cu-H2O nanofluid is higher than that of pure water, which is attributed to the chemical reaction of nanoparticles enhancing radiation absorption. The experimental findings are validated with previous studies and the impacts of factors are thoroughly discussed and explained.

On the transparent effects of Buongiorno nanofluid model on heat and mass transfer

Mustafa Turkyilmazoglu

Summary: A rigorous mathematical approach is proposed to understand the effects of Buongiorno nanofluid model on heat and mass transfer rates in various fluid flow geometries, explaining analytically why enhancements or reductions in heat and mass transfer occur. Two boundary constraints commonly used in the model are taken into account and tested for accuracy, providing insights into the quantitative values and general trends of heat and mass transfer.

Summary: This study focuses on using non-Newtonian fluid models to measure blood flow characteristics, as well as addressing gyrotactic microorganisms in nanofluid. Through a mathematical model and stability analysis, the characteristics of nanofluid blood flow, including temperature, concentration, skin friction, and microorganism density, are evaluated. The results of this analysis can be applied to hyperthermia therapies and microbial fuel cells.

Summary: This study examines the properties of thermal radiation, heat generation, and convective boundary conditions in a duct with the Rabinowitsch fluid, presenting the effects of physical parameters on temperature and velocity profiles through graphs. Thermal conductivity and heat generation parameters enhance heat transfer rates, while thermal radiation and convective boundary parameters suppress temperature within the tube. The study also provides a benchmark comparison with previously published data.

Numerical simulation of periodic MHD casson nanofluid flow through porous stretching sheet

Abdullah Al-Mamun et al.

Summary: This paper characterizes the flow of a Casson type Non-Newtonian fluid through heat and mass conduction towards a stretching surface, considering the effects of thermophoresis, radiation absorption, and periodic hydromagnetic impact. The study establishes a set of time-dependent equations and uses explicit finite difference technique to elucidate the mathematical model of liquid flow, with stability and convergence inspection. The results show that the periodic magnetic field significantly increases nanoparticle interaction in the velocity field, with an impact on the visualization of the flow field. These findings provide insights for the theoretical application of modern electromagnetic induction in industry and cancer therapy.
