Summary: In this study, a green method for producing copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) using Bacopa monnieri leaf extract as a reducing and stabilizing agent was proposed. The synthesized CuO-NPs showed antibacterial, antidiabetic, and anti-inflammatory properties both in vitro and in vivo. Efficacy tests against Helicobacter species demonstrated strong inhibitory activity, while analgesic activity was superior to controls.

Citric acid mediated green synthesis of copper nanoparticles using cinnamon bark extract and its multifaceted applications

Size Refinement of Copper Nanoparticles: A Perspective from Electrochemical Nucleation and Growth Mechanism
