Summary: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been extensively studied as circulating biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis of many human diseases. This study proposes a generic electrochemical strategy integrated with molecular beacon-like catalyzed hairpin assembly (mCHA) circuit and MOF@Au@G-triplex/hemin nanozyme for ultrasensitive detection of miR-721. With the assistance of the mCHA circuit, double-amplified nanozymes and sensing interface, this biosensor demonstrates a low detection limit and high specificity, providing a promising potential method for the early diagnosis of acute myocarditis.
