Novel Coupled Channel Framework Connecting the Quark Model and Lattice QCD for the Near-threshold Ds States

Zhi Yang et al.

Summary: A novel framework is proposed to extract near-threshold resonant states from lattice QCD energy levels and is applied to study the structures of positive parity D-s mesons. The quark model, quark-pair-creation mechanism, and D-(*K-) interaction are incorporated into the effective field theory to analyze the composition of the D-s mesons. The results show that the physical D-s0* (2317) and D-s1* (2460) are mixtures of bare c (s) over bar core and D-(*K-) component, while the D-s1* (2536) and D-s2* (2573) are dominated by the bare CS%.

Coupled channel effects for the charmed-strange mesons

Wei Hao et al.

Summary: The systematic calculation of the spectra and hadronic decays of the D-s system was conducted within a coupled channel framework, with unquenched effects induced by the P-3(0) model. The model showed good agreement with experimental results, suggesting that the coupled channel effect provides a coherent description of D-s mesons. Detailed analysis was also provided for various excited states, including D-s0*(2317) and D-s1(2460).

Faddeev fixed-center approximation to the D(D)over-barK system and the hidden charm Kc(c)over-bar(4180) state

Xiang Wei et al.

Summary: This theoretical study investigates the D (D) over barK three body system using the fixed center approximation and the chiral unitary approach. The study finds a resonance structure in the three body K-(D (D) over bar)(X(3720)) scattering amplitude, supporting the formation of a D (D) over barK bound state.

Production of Zcs in B and Bs decays

Qi Wu et al.

Summary: In this study, we investigate the production of Z(cs)(+) in B+ and B-s(0) decays and evaluate the branching fractions using an effective Lagrangian approach. The estimated branching fractions of B-s(0) -> K- Z(cs)(+) and B+ -> phi Z(cs)(+) are of the order of 10(-4) and 10(-5), respectively. The ratio of these two branching fractions suggests that the B-s(0) -> K-+/- Z(cs)(-/+) -> K+ K- J/psi process may be a better way to search for Z(cs) and is accessible for further experimental measurements by the Belle II and LHCb Collaborations.

X-0(2900) and its heavy quark spin partners in molecular picture

Mei-Wei Hu et al.

Summary: The recently observed X-0(2900) is a unique candidate with four different flavors, possibly forming a (D)bar *K* hadronic molecule. The search for its heavy quark spin partners can help reveal the nature of X-0(2900) and provide insights into its various possible forms.

Rescattering mechanism of weak decays of double-charm baryons

Jia-Jie Han et al.

Summary: The paper details the framework in which short-distance contributions are calculated under the factorization hypothesis and long-distance contributions are estimated using the rescattering mechanism for final-state-interaction effects. The study successfully predicts the discovery channels of doubly charmed baryons through systematic research on their decay processes.

One Way to Verify the Molecular Picture of Exotic Hadrons: From DK to DDK/D(D)over-bar(*) K

Tian-Wei Wu et al.

Summary: Starting from 2003, the discovery of a large number of exotic hadrons triggered theoretical and experimental investigations into their nature. These exotic hadrons are believed to be molecular states with large molecular components. Experimental data and theoretical uncertainties suggest the likely existence of DDK, D (D) over barK, and D (D) over bar *K molecular states.

Can the nature of a0(980) be tested in the Ds+. π+ π0η decay?

Xi-Zhe Ling et al.

Summary: The study suggests that the D-s(+) decay may proceed via internal and external W-emission mechanisms instead of the W-annihilation mechanism, proposing a new interpretation for the D-s(+) -> pi(+) pi(0)eta decay. Experimental data show that the intermediate state a(0)(980) can be dynamically generated, supporting its interpretation as a molecular state.

Summary: Using an unquenched quark model, a charmed-strange baryon state Omega(d)(c0)(1P, 1/2(-)) is predicted with a mass below a specific threshold, analogous to the D*(s0)(2317) meson.
