This article presents the design and fabrication of a waveguide array with custom mode size and pitch. The device achieves crosstalk values below -45 dB within the array and demonstrates Gaussian emission profiles. Compared to state-of-the-art methods using beam deflectors, this device enhances the performance of parallel addressing of individual ions.
