Secure Crowdsensed Data Trading Based on Blockchain

Baoyi An et al.

Summary: Crowdsensed Data Trading (CDT) is a novel paradigm for data trading, where data consumers publicize their demand as crowdsensing tasks and mobile users compete to collect and sell the data. To address concerns over trustworthiness and truthfulness, we propose a Blockchain-based Crowdsensed Data Trading (BCDT) system. BCDToken, the smart contract at the core of BCDT, replaces the need for a data trading broker and ensures trustworthiness. The system also incorporates a Blockchain-based Reverse Auction mechanism and a Secure Truth Discovery and Reliability Rating mechanism to maintain honesty and incentive for data sellers and consumers.

Decentralized Privacy-Preserving Fair Exchange Scheme for V2G Based on Blockchain

Zhiguo Wan et al.

Summary: In this article, a privacy-preserving fair exchange scheme V2GEx based on blockchain is proposed to address the fairness and privacy issues in electricity/service exchanges for electric vehicles (EVs) in V2G. A simpler and more efficient scheme called Uni-V2GEx, which preserves privacy for only one party, is also introduced. The efficiency of V2GEx is evaluated through comprehensive experiments, showing that it has high efficiency in terms of computation cost and processing delay in a 200-node blockchain network.

Revocable Identity-Based Broadcast Proxy Re-Encryption for Data Sharing in Clouds

Chunpeng Ge et al.

Summary: Cloud computing relies on massive storage and computing capabilities, making secure data sharing crucial. Recent IB-BPRE schemes aim to address this, but involve users in the complex key sharing process. To simplify this, a new RIB-BPRE scheme allows proxies to revoke specific users from the re-encryption key, making it efficient and practical.
