Polymeric Materials Selection for Flexible Pulsating Heat Pipe Manufacturing Using a Comparative Hybrid MCDM Approach

Summary: The right choice of polymeric materials is crucial for the design and manufacture of flexible fluidic systems as well as heat transfer devices. This study proposes a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making model to evaluate suitable polymeric materials for flexible pulsating heat pipes. The results indicate that PTFE, PE, and PP have promising properties.
