Experimental study on effect of surfactant and solution property on bubble rising motion

Summary: This paper experimentally investigates the effects of surfactant concentration, ionization, and solvent polarity on bubble shape, rise trajectory, and velocity using a high-speed camera. The results show that non-ionic surfactants can significantly change the bubble's rise trajectory and velocity, while ionic surfactants have minimal effects. The addition of surfactants into a non-polar solvent does not significantly alter the above parameters.
