Adaptation of the standardized plant analysis-risk human reliability analysis technique for the surgical setting: expert judgment approach

The results showed that context-specific definitions of PSFs can enhance the reliability of human error probability assessments, and multiplier elicitation through domain expert judgment is an efficient approach for adaptation of HRA techniques.

A complex spherical fuzzy CRADIS method based Fine-Kinney framework for occupational risk evaluation in natural gas pipeline construction

Summary: This article introduces a comprehensive Fine-Kinney framework to handle occupational risk evaluation in the natural gas pipeline construction project. The framework, based on complex spherical fuzzy environment, combines the compromise ranking of alternatives from distance to ideal solution method and the prioritized weighted average operator for complex spherical fuzzy numbers. The stability and rationality of the framework are investigated through sensitivity analysis, and a comparative study is conducted to demonstrate its advantages over existing similar frameworks. The results show that the framework is able to effectively identify the most serious occupational risk.
