Aggregation operators of quadripartitioned single-valued neutrosophic Z-numbers with applications to diverse COVID-19 scenarios

Gourangajit Borah et al.

Summary: In this study, a hybrid framework is proposed by combining QSVNS and Z-number to better model uncertainty and incorporate reliability of information. Basic operations and a score function are defined, and three weighted aggregation operators are introduced. Comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis are conducted in three multi-criteria decision making occasions in the COVID-19 context to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of our proposed approaches.

Alternative prioritization of freeway incident management using autonomous vehicles in mixed traffic using a type-2 neutrosophic number based decision support system

Ilgin Gokasar et al.

Summary: Traffic incident management aims to rapidly identify and manage traffic problems while ensuring the safety of responders and the public. This study proposes four alternatives for controlling freeway incidents using autonomous vehicles. It also introduces a decision-making tool based on T2NN-Entropy-COPRAS model for policymakers. The research findings highlight the superiority of using an algorithm for incident management and the least advantageous alternative of autonomous vehicles behaving like human-driven vehicles.

A decision modeling approach for smart training environment with motor Imagery-based brain computer interface under neutrosophic cubic fuzzy set

Sarah Qahtan et al.

Summary: This study extended fuzzy weighted with zero inconsistency (FWZIC) with neutrosophic cubic sets (NCSs) for modeling uncertainty to prioritize the smart attributes of STEs and estimate the weight values of each one. Then, the developed NCS-FWZIC method is integrated with multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method to model the STE alternatives. The findings revealed that STE5 obtained the highest model among the 27 STEs.

Cyber security control selection based decision support algorithm under single valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy Einstein aggregation information

Muhammad Kamran et al.

Summary: The single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (SV-NHFS) is a hybrid structure designed for handling incomplete, uncertain, and inconsistent situations. This paper proposes a decision-making algorithm based on Einstein's t-norm and t-conorm, and introduces novel aggregation operators for SV-NHFS. A multi-attribute decision-making algorithm is also developed. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis are provided to verify and strengthen the study.

Intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-sets and numerical applications to classification

Mehmet Unver et al.

Summary: This paper introduces the characteristics and applications of single-valued neutrosophic multi-sets, which are very useful in multi-criteria group decision making. By using sequences of intuitionistic fuzzy values to define the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-sets, more powerful information can be provided. The paper also presents set theoretic operations, algebraic operations, weighted aggregation operators, and a similarity measure for intuitionistic fuzzy-valued neutrosophic multi-values.
