Summary: The study aimed to test the feasibility and efficacy of using a combination of ProSeal laryngeal mask airway and a bronchial blocker in thoracoscopic surgery to reduce postoperative hoarseness and sore throat. The results of the randomized controlled trial showed that this combination technique did not significantly reduce hoarseness compared to the use of a double-lumen endobronchial tube.
