This retrospective study analyzed the level of concordance between clinical and autopsy diagnoses of heart diseases over six years. Utilizing the Goldmann classification, the study found a concordance rate of 38.1%. Major discrepancies were found in 39% of cases and minor discrepancies in 22.9% of cases.
