Large near-infrared lateral photovoltaic effect in an organic egg albumin/Si structure

The EA/Si device exhibits significantly higher sensitivity in the near-infrared region compared to metal/Si devices.

Efficient Hot Electron Extraction in Ag-Cu/TiO2 for High Performance Lateral Photovoltaic Effect
