Immunomodulatory and antioxidant effect of green synthesized titanium dioxide nanoparticles on pregnant female albino rats and their fetuses

Zeinab Kamal et al.

Summary: This study evaluated the effects of chemical and green-synthesized titanium dioxide nanoparticles on immune and oxidative status, as well as lungs and spleen. The results showed that green-synthesized TiO2 NPs had a smaller impact on the spleen and lungs of pregnant rats and their fetuses, with immunomodulatory and antioxidant effects.

Effects of magnetite nanoparticles on physiological processes to alleviate salinity induced oxidative damage in wheat

Mahmoud M. El-Saber et al.

Summary: The foliar application of magnetite nanoparticles improved salt stress tolerance in wheat by enhancing growth, chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzymes, and reducing lipid peroxidation. Toxicological studies in rats showed that oral administration of magnetite nanoparticles was nontoxic at different doses.
