Breast actinomycosis is a rare chronic infection characterized by external fistulas on the skin of the breasts. This article presents a clinical case of a 71-year-old female patient who experienced a hard tumor, intense pain, limited mobility of the left upper limb, and significant weight loss. The thoracic tomography report initially suspected a malignant breast neoplasm, but the pathology study revealed mammary actinomycosis.

It is rare in this location and may be primary in the mammary gland or secondary to a lung condition. We present the clinical case of a 71-year-old female patient who presented a hard tumor that compromised the entire left breast, with intense pain as well as impossibility of mobility of the left upper limb, considerable weight loss; Thoracic tomography report led to suspicion of malignant neoplasm of the breast and the result of the pathology study was a mammary Actinomycosis.
