Numerical investigation of magnetized thermally radiative Fe3O4-Water base nanofluid

Summary: The heat transfer of Fe3O4-water base nanofluid past on an exponential porous shrinking/stretching surface is investigated. Tiwari-Das model has been used to modify the system of equations. Mixed convection, slips, and the radiative influences are taken into consideration. The results show that the Nusselt number increases with increasing suction in both the shrinking and stretching cases. Skin friction decreases for the stretching case but increases for the shrinking case. The increase in thermal slip and Prandtl number leads to a reduction in the temperature profiles.
