Why and what happened? Aiding bug comprehension with automated category and causal link identification

Cheng Zhou et al.

Summary: Developers need to understand what a bug report expresses and why a bug occurs when handling new bug reports, relying on historical data sources for classification to improve efficiency. The BugClass approach proposed in the article utilizes deep neural network classification and causal relationship exploration for automatic bug classification, effectively improving classification accuracy.
