However, non-LGBTQ influencers have a more positive impact on ad attitudes and behavioral tendencies among cisgender heterosexual non-LGBTQ participants.

Is SDG reporting substantial or symbolic? An examination of controversial and environmentally sensitive industries

Summary: This study examines the symbolic and substantive value of sustainable development goal reporting in relation to firm performance. It found that while sustainable development goal reporting does not significantly impact firm performance overall, it does have an effect in controversial sectors and environmentally sensitive industries. The results suggest that the enhancement of value through sustainable development goal reporting is more prominent in companies under high social scrutiny and with stakeholders concerned about ethical and environmental issues.
