Biological Control of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Tropical Race 4 Using Natively Isolated Bacillus spp. YN0904 and YN1419

Summary: Two endophytic bacterial isolates with strong antagonistic effects against TR4, identified as B. amyloliquefaciens and B. subtilis, were isolated from banana-producing areas in Yunnan Province, China. Molecular characterization results indicated potential biocontrol mechanisms and suggested that locally sourced antagonistic strains could serve as new biological control resources for FWB.
