TDSSC: A Three-Directions Spectral-Spatial Convolution Neural Network for Hyperspectral Image Change Detection

Tianming Zhan et al.

Summary: Change detection research in remote sensing technology has advanced with the introduction of hyperspectral images (HSIs), which provide high-resolution spectral domain data. However, traditional change detection methods designed for lower-dimensional and multispectral images are insufficient for the complex high-dimensional features of HSIs. To address this, a three-direction spectral-spatial convolution neural network (TDSSC) is proposed, which decomposes hyperspectral change tensors along spectral and spatial directions to improve detection accuracy and speed. Experimental results show that TDSSC outperforms most existing change detection methods on real hyperspectral datasets.
