Questionnaire dataset: The Greek Smart Cities - Municipalities dataset

Exploring the structural effects of the ICT sector in the Greek economy: A quantitative approach based on input-output and network analysis

Summary: This paper presents a quantification approach for calculating the structural effects of the ICT sector in the Greek economy. The study finds that the ICT sector, particularly the ICT services component, has a significant contribution to the Greek economy in terms of GDP and employment. However, ICT services are more integrated in the Greek production network compared to ICT manufacturing, but their production linkages are underperforming in terms of contributing meaningfully to other sectors.
