Case report: Chyle leak following righ axillar lymph node clearence

The axillar dissection is one of the pillars of the breast cancer treatment. Postsurgical axillary chylous fistula is a rare complication. As suggested in the literature the conservative treatment with pharmaco-dietary measures, reserving the surgical option as a second line.
