Do cybercrime laws address emergent IoT security threats? The case of UAE federal cybercrime law regarding RFID technology

Summary: This study aims to develop an ICT framework for smart city adoption. It identifies seven basic dimensions and relevant sub-dimensions through a literature review, expert interviews, and a case study. The framework provides a useful analytical perspective for policymakers and researchers involved in the strategic roll-out and transformation of smart cities.
