Perovskite micro-/nanoarchitecture for photonic applications

Yang Liu et al.

Summary: Hybrid perovskite family shows exciting optoelectronic properties and chemical/physical versatilities, making it a potential candidate for photonic applications. Micro-/nanoarchitectures play a critical role in determining the photonic properties and spatially patterned arrays through photon-matter-structure interactions. This review summarizes the perovskite micro-/nanoarchitectures and their applications in photonics, including the materials, structures, processing techniques, and the promotion of photon-emitting, -sensing, and -modulating applications.
