Green Synthesis of CuO Nanoparticles Decorated into CA/PES Polymer As an Effective Dye Adsorbent

N. Gowriboy et al.

Summary: In this study, an environmentally friendly adsorbent material was synthesized using green synthesis of copper oxide nanoparticles mediated by a plant, which showed promising potential for efficient removal of the MB dye from water. The incorporation of CuO NPs into the polymer membrane resulted in superior performance with a removal efficiency of 99%, indicating a wide range of potential applications for these systems.
