Unified One-Step Multi-View Spectral Clustering

Chang Tang et al.

Summary: Multi-view spectral clustering integrates graph information and embedding matrices from different views to obtain discrete clustering labels with a one-step strategy, solving the issues of information loss and performance degradation in existing methods. The proposed method's effectiveness is verified through a set of experiments.

Joint contrastive triple-learning for deep multi-view clustering

Shizhe Hu et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a novel joint contrastive triple-learning framework for deep multi-view clustering. By incorporating feature-level alignment, commonality, and cluster-level consistency, this framework learns discriminative feature representations for data clustering. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method over state-of-the-art methods on challenging multi-view datasets.

Unsupervised feature selection via multiple graph fusion and feature weight learning

Chang Tang et al.

Summary: Unsupervised feature selection aims to select discriminative features from high-dimensional data without using data labels. This paper proposes a novel method called MGF(2)WL, which uses multiple graph fusion and feature weight learning to address the issues of poor quality similarity graph and ineffective feature reconstruction/projection model.

Bit-aware Semantic Transformer Hashing for Multi-modal Retrieval

Wentao Tan et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a Bit-aware Semantic Transformer Hashing (BSTH) framework for multi-modal hash learning. The framework solves the problems of limited semantic representation capability, heterogeneous multi-modal semantic gaps, and insufficient capturing of fine-grained semantic correlations in current multi-modal hashing methods through steps such as bit-wise implicit semantic concept learning, concept-level multi-modal fusion, and bit-wise hash function encoding. It is experimentally validated on multiple datasets and shows superiority in various aspects.

Adaptive Partial Multi-View Hashing for Efficient Social Image Retrieval

Chaoqun Zheng et al.

Summary: In this paper, we propose an Unsupervised Adaptive Partial Multi-view Hashing (UAPMH) method to address the partial-view hashing problem for efficient social image retrieval. The method can learn shared and view-specific latent representations of fully paired and partial-view images separately within the identical semantic space. By developing a parameter-free weight learning scheme, the model can adaptively capture view variations and discriminative capabilities of different views, leading to effective preservation of latent relations between images and tags in hash codes.
