However, little attention has been paid to the role of consumer ethics in the decision-making process of adopting AVs. This study investigates the antecedents and mechanisms influencing consumers' intention to use AV hailing services from the perspectives of personal values, reasons, and ethics. The results provide important implications for public policy and managerial decisions in regulating and managing the adoption of AVs.

The study provides recommendations for improving customer acceptance of hotel kiosks.

In addition, the study finds that the perceived usefulness of hotel technologies has a stronger impact on the behavioral intention of experienced hotel customers.
