Ying Xin Tan et al.

Summary: This paper aimed to identify the non-technical skills necessary for the management of medical emergencies by junior doctors. Key non-technical skills identified include teamwork, communication, decision-making, etc., and the lack of these skills has a negative impact on patient care in a medical emergency.
