Summary: This study investigated the phenotypic characteristics of patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) associated with aneurysms. It found that aneurysms were more frequently observed in granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) patients and predominantly affected medium-sized vessels, especially the renal arteries. Aneurysmal rupture occurred in 43% of patients, with those experiencing rupture having higher baseline pulmonary infiltrates and creatinine levels compared to those without rupture.
