Ovarian Signet-ring Stromal Tumor A Morphologic, Immunohistochemical, and Molecular Study of 7 Cases With Discussion of the Differential Diagnosis

Nairi Tchrakian et al.

Summary: Signet-ring stromal tumor (SRST) is a rare ovarian neoplasm characterized by bland signet-ring cells in a fibromatous stroma. Our study found that a subset of diagnosed SRST tumors likely represent a variant morphology of microcystic stromal tumor, while others may be related to ovarian fibromas. The differential diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms containing signet-ring cells was discussed.

Comprehensive genomic profiling of histologic subtypes of urethral carcinomas

Joseph Jacob et al.

Summary: Comprehensive genomic profiling in patients with advanced UrthCa revealed potential genomic alterations that could predict targeted and immunotherapy benefits. Urothelial and squamous cell carcinomas may have higher potential for immunotherapy benefits compared to adenocarcinomas and clear cell carcinomas.
