Summary: This study aimed to adapt the Weight Self-Stigma Questionnaire to the Spanish population and evaluate its psychometric properties. The results showed that the questionnaire had good psychometric properties and can effectively measure weight self-stigma in the Spanish population.

Weight stigma and disordered eating behaviors in Pakistani overweight adolescents: the mediating role of body esteem

Summary: The study found that experiences of weight stigma were negatively correlated with body esteem and positively correlated with disordered eating behaviors in overweight adolescent girls. Body esteem significantly mediated the relationship between weight stigma and disordered eating behaviors in adolescent girls.
