Risk and psychological return: a moderating role of COVID-19 risk perception in the impact of team identification on vitality after sport spectatorship in Tokyo

Summary: This study investigated the impact of sport fans' team identification on their emotional experiences during a specific sport event in Japan. The results showed that team identification predicted higher vitality after the game, and this relationship was moderated by risk perceptions about COVID-19. The findings suggest that sport events can be promoted as a means to increase physical and psychological energy during the pandemic.

The effect of Rugby World Cup 2019 on residents' psychological well-being: a mediating role of psychological capital

Intensity of Leisure-Time Physical Activity and Dimensions of Mental Well-Being: A Reciprocal Approach Using Parallel Latent Growth Curve Modeling

Summary: This study empirically examined the longitudinal effect of leisure-time physical activity (LTPA) on mental well-being, finding that the intensity of LTPA was associated with changes in distinct functions of mental well-being over time. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the longitudinal impact of LTPA on mental well-being.
