Caregivers' willingness to pay for digital support services: Comparative survey

Summary: This study investigates the associations between informal caregiver's characteristics and their willingness to pay for digital support services in Italy and Sweden. The study found that more than half of the participants were willing to pay for digital support services. A recommendation by a healthcare professional was identified as the top motivating factor. Caregiver's gender, care duration, household income, and monthly spending on professional caregiving services were all associated with willingness to pay.
