It exhibited superior OER performance with good stability compared to the pristine LSCFR. The enhancement of OER performance was attributed to the exsolution of CoFe(Ru) particles, Ru doping, and the increase of surface oxygen vacancies. This study highlights the potential of in situ exsolution as an effective strategy for designing OER catalysts and controlling the composition of nanoparticles through element doping.
