Broadly neutralizing anti-S2 antibodies protect against all three human betacoronaviruses that cause deadly disease

Inflammasome activation in infected macrophages drives COVID-19 pathology

The C10 Fab has high affinity for ZIKV and DENV1 but not for DENV2, DENV3, and DENV4, due to the limited binding landscape of the E protein conformation. However, the icosahedral organization of the viruses allows two different dimers to be reached by both Fab arms of a C10 immunoglobulin, which contributes to its exceptional neutralization breadth.

Effect of Bamlanivimab as Monotherapy or in Combination With Etesevimab on Viral Load in Patients With Mild to Moderate COVID-19 A Randomized Clinical Trial

REGN-COV2, a Neutralizing Antibody Cocktail, in Outpatients with Covid-19

A Neutralizing Monoclonal Antibody for Hospitalized Patients with Covid-19

Summary: In a platform trial involving patients hospitalized with Covid-19, among 314 patients who were also being treated with remdesivir, those who received the monoclonal antibody LY-CoV555 did not have better pulmonary function at day 5 than those who received placebo. The trial was stopped for futility.
