Dual Spoof Disentanglement Generation for Face Anti-Spoofing With Depth Uncertainty Learning

Hangtong Wu et al.

Summary: In this paper, the Dual Spoof Disentanglement Generation (DSDG) framework is proposed to address the lack of diversity in existing face anti-spoofing datasets. By utilizing Variational Autoencoder (VAE) with interpretable factorized latent disentanglement, DSDG learns a joint distribution of identity representation and spoofing pattern representation. Furthermore, a lightweight Depth Uncertainty Module (DUM) is introduced to handle the distortion issue caused by VAE and improve the performance of depth supervised optimization for face anti-spoofing. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method on various benchmarks.

Data-Fusion-Based Two-Stage Cascade Framework for Multimodality Face Anti-Spoofing

Weihua Liu et al.

Summary: Existing face anti-spoofing models using deep learning have low generalization capability when faced with different presentation attacks. This paper proposes a two-stage cascade framework based on multimodality data to address this issue. The framework selectively fuses features from different modalities and constructs a distance-free spectral to enhance nonlinearity. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed framework outperforms state-of-the-art methods, especially in the case of multimaterial mask spoofing.
