Safety and tolerability of regadenoson in comparison with adenosine stress cardiovascular magnetic resonance: Data from a multicentre prospective registry

Jose V. Monmeneu Menadas et al.

Summary: This study examined the feasibility and incidence of complications of stress cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) using regadenoson and adenosine in a referral population. The results showed that stress-CMR with regadenoson had excellent safety profile, better tolerability, and lower incidence of complications compared to adenosine.
