Summary: This study evaluated the impact of changing the sizing strategy in aortic valve replacement using the Perceval sutureless prosthesis on haemodynamic outcomes and postoperative pacemaker implantation. The new sizing strategy resulted in lower transvalvular gradients, increased effective opening area, and decreased postoperative pacemaker implantation rate.
