Comments on: rs3761548 (C/A) and rs5902434 (del/ATT) polymorphisms of Foxp3 gene in Iranian patients with migraine

Summary: This study investigated the association between FOXP3 gene polymorphism and susceptibility to migraine. The results showed that there were significant differences in genotype frequencies of rs3761548 between patients and controls, with a significantly higher frequency of heterozygous genotype AC in patients. However, no significant differences were found in the allelic and genotype distribution of the rs5902434 polymorphism between cases and controls.
