A novel beta-ketoenamine-linked conjugated microporous polymer (KECMP-1) was facilely synthesized with a high-throughput via Schiff base microwave-assisted condensation between 1,3,5-triformyl-phloroglucinol and m-phenylenediamine without a template or a metal catalyst. The resultant KECMP-1 shows an outstanding capacitance retaining ability (50% of the original 252 F g(-1) at 1 A g(-1)) with the current density as high as 200 A g(-1), excellent cycling stability and long cycle life for energy storage.
